What is the shopping cart and how does it work?

The shopping cart holds all the products that you are ordering. You can add or remove products, change quantities or go back to search for and add new ones from the shopping cart until you decide to finalise your order.

How to order products?

In our online eShop, select the first item you wish to purchase by clicking on its "Add to Cart" link. Please Add Quantity you wish to purchase or leave the deafult quantity and click again provided "Add to Cart" button. You will be directed to the shopping cart details page. You will see your selected item listed on this page. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to our online eShop or you can continue to browse through the various sections and products link of our estore. Your selected product will be recorded in our shopping cart. To view while browsing our other section, you can always click on "View Cart" Link. If you want to remove any items from shopping cart you can click on "Remove Item" buttom and procced for your next item selection.

After completion of 1st Item Selection and added to Shopping cart, Select the 2nd item you wish to purchase by clicking on its Add to Cart" link. You will see your 1st and 2nd item listed on shopping cart page. Repeat the process until you have selected all the items you need. Do I need to sign up compulsory while shopping through your website ?
There is no need to sign up seperately, you will be automatically sing up while entering your details, only extra field we add is password field. Its easy. Your username will be email id and your password. If you return back to our eShop or when you are returning customer, you just enter your registered email address and password you have set, you do not need to enter billing and shipping details. Once sign in, you could always change and edit your details. Do not worry, if you forgot your password, please submit your email id and we will email your previous password promptly. Can I enter different addresses for shipping and billing?


Yes, you can. After you completed your shopping and checkout, you will be requested to enter your billing address & shipping address if you are selected option as new customer. After completion, the page appears with all ordered product details with billing and shipping address. After that, you will be directed to the next page to select your payment options. If you click on credit card payment link, you will be directed to shopping controls 2checkout.com , and after checkout, you will be directed to enter your billing address and credit card details. By default, your shipping address which you have entered earlier will stay in the billing address boxes. No problem, just clear the contents, and key in your actual billing address.

What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?

You should receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provide when ordering within an 12 hours of your order. There will be verification email also sent by paypal after successful credit card processing.
